Tortang Talong

Easy tortang talong recipe para sa mabilisan at simpleng ulam idea. Grilled talong na nilagyan ng itlog at tinimplahan ng salt and pepper saka i-prinito.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium eggplant
  • 3-4 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil (for frying)

Method
 

  1. I-grill or ihawin ang talong hanggat masunog or umitim ang balat. Hayaang lumamig ng bahagya at alisin ang balat. I-mash ng bahagya para ma-flatten ang talong.
  2. Sa isang bowl, i-beat ang eggs at timplahan ng salt and pepper.
  3. I-dip ang talong sa egg mixture at iprito sa pan with cooking oil for approximately 2 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with rice and ketchup or a mixture of suka at patis (add chopped chilis if you want it spicy) for sawsawan.
