Method
- I-grill or ihawin ang talong hanggat masunog or umitim ang balat. Hayaang lumamig ng bahagya at alisin ang balat. I-mash ng bahagya para ma-flatten ang talong.
- Sa isang bowl, i-beat ang eggs at timplahan ng salt and pepper.
- I-dip ang talong sa egg mixture at iprito sa pan with cooking oil for approximately 2 minutes each side.
- Serve with rice and ketchup or a mixture of suka at patis (add chopped chilis if you want it spicy) for sawsawan.
